Concept
The style exists 100 years. To celebrate this I made a painting based on the building Café De Unie from architect J.J.P. Oud.
Background Story
Since I started painting I was influenced by the style movement. Most of my early works are inspired by Mondrian. Also in my later work sometimes I referred to the style movement. In 2017 the style movement exists 100 years and, as it had substantial influence on my work, I wanted to express my adoration once more.
